Machine Knit-able : Granny Cowl | Scarf

I'm seeing Granny Squares everywhere! Have you noticed? Once only used for colorful blankets, the squares are popping up in all sorts of knitting and crochet patterns.

This fast, fun, easy knitting, cowl combines the best of crochet grannies and machine knitting to create a beautiful neck warmer that is sure to please!

Crocheting the squares took me back in time to my teenage years, when I used leftover scraps of yarn to created a giant, single, colorful, granny that covered my bed.

Now that I'm a Granny, it was fun to resurrect Grannies for my new cowl.
